Our Story
Matteo and Micheal, two Italian friends and now business partners, started their hospitality journey at an early age in Trieste (Italy).
Landing in Australia about 10 years ago, they embraced their passion for food and perfected their craft before deciding to open their first restaurant with the mission of bringing their love of Italian food and sharing it with the Melbourne public

Dining at Cusina was a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, giving off the perfect Italian vibe. The pizza was absolutely divine, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh, authentic toppings. Their pasta is a must-try too – homemade, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavour. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel like part of the family. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers such a genuine taste of Italy right here in Australia. We'll definitely be coming back for more!
